Designated a National Historic Landmark, this former Union Pacific Depot has been restored to its original glory. Home to a visitor center and restaurant, the Depot also features the Cheyenne Depot Museum, rich with railroad history, exhibits and interactive displays. Outside, the Cheyenne Depot Plaza plays host to concerts and other events.
Cheyenne renovated the magnificent building to its beautiful 1920s decor in the early 2000s. The 5,000 square foot lobby can accommodate groups of 300 people. The facilities are capable of supporting full catering.
Built in 1886, this Romanesque style building was said to be the most elaborate train station between Omaha and San Francisco. The building has been recently restored to immaculate 1920s standards. At approximately 5,000 sq. ft., the beautiful lobby can accommodate groups of 270 – 300 people. Call for rates and availability.
