Keeping your attendees engaged after your meeting can be as important to them as keeping their attention during it. Visit Cheyenne can help you plan out off-site tours, receptions, or other activities to ensure a truly authentic Western Experience. Downtown Dine Around

Downtown Cheyenne offers several locally owned and operated restaurants for you to choose from. Many take reservations, and we recommend calling them and reserving a spot for you and your friends.

The dine around can be combined with ticketed trolley transportation from your headquarters hotel to the historic Cheyenne Depot in the heart of down-town.

Visit Cheyenne's conference services team will work with you to customize your options providing the best experience for your attendees.

Hops on the Trolley

Downtown Cheyenne features three craft breweries and a few other bars with strong selections of craft beers.

The Cheyenne Street Railway trolley will pick up your attendees at the hotel, and then make stops at Danielmark's, Accomplice Beer Company and Freedom's Edge Brewing. Additional stops may be added at Sanford's Grub and Pub and Wyoming's Rib and Chop House.

Cost per trolley (24 max capacity): $100 for one hour and one stop $175 for two hours and three stops, $225 for three hours and four/five stops. Cost of beverages at each stop is additional.

Terry Bison Ranch

Terry Bison Ranch ContentWith 4,000 bison on 27,000 acres of ranch, Terry Bison Ranch offers a truly authentic western experience that people remember forever. Grab the train and ride into the herd while learning the history of the ranch. Feed the bison, take a safe "bison selfie" and enjoy the wide open plains.

The ranch also offers several unique event spaces which can host your banquet, opening reception of even play host to a full rodeo which your attendees will never forget.

Cheyenne Custom Cowboy & Rodeo Events

RoperJoin the DeLancey Family for an unforgettable experience with your group. Enjoy a Private Rodeo featuring Cowboys and Cowgirls in a two-hour performance consisting of team roping, break away roping, barrel racing, goat tying and pole bending. Custom Melodrama

Old Fashioned MelodramaEnjoy a taste of the old west at the Historic Atlas Theatre in the heart of downtown Cheyenne Cheer for the hero & boo at the villain. Let your group indulge in a fine western meal in the ornate theatre while enjoying  the production. $40 per person for meal and show. Various meal options. Cash bar available additional $75 per group.

 

Mountain Biking

Curt Gowdy State Park offers the chance to explore the west with EPIC rated mMountain Bikingountain biking trails. Visit Cheyenne will work with Rock on Wheels to help outfit your group, large or small, to take advantage of the trails. With trails ranging from expert to beginner everyone will have the opportunity to have an enjoyable day in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Rock on Wheels will outfit your group, transport the bikes and get you everything you'll need for an epic adventure!

High Tea

A tradition that followed the landed gentry from England to the plains of Wyoming, and still lives on in Cheyenne today. Served every Friday and Saturday with seating from 2 pm until 4 pm. Join the Nagle Warren Mansion staff in period costume as it continues this wonderful ritual. The menu changes every season - winter, spring, summer, fall and a very special Christmas Afternoon Tea. Private groups of up to 40 are available for booking in advance.
 

Historic Trolley Tour

trolley webThe Cheyenne Street Railway Trolley tours the city's most interesting sites and historic buildings, with lively narration provided by our veteran conductors. The journey takes you through Cheyenne's historic districts, providing a fascinating glimpse of the areas western & railroad heritage. Ghost tours are also available to learn about the haunted history of Cheyenne. Your attendees can ride the regularly scheduled trolleys from May-September or you can charter trolleys specific for your group.
