Set Up and Clean Up of the Depot Plaza (12 Total) – Volunteers will be responsible for helping set up the Depot Plaza for the after party and cleaning up afterwards. Set up will be from 5:30 am to 7 am (6 people needed) and clean up begins at 2 pm (6 people needed).
Course Management – Volunteers are needed to man intersections, ensure runners stay on course, cheer runners on as they go by, and moving cones off the street after the last runner crosses the finish line. A meeting for course management volunteers will be held prior to race.
Relief Course Management – Relief volunteers will move from intersection to intersection to provide course management volunteers with breaks.
Registration Expo Set Up & Clean Up on September 22nd (3 Total) – Volunteers will be responsible for helping set up the Depot Plaza for the registration expo and cleaning up afterwards. Set up will be from 11am to Noon and clean up beings at 3 pm.
Registration Expo (6 Total) – Volunteers are needed to help man the registration booth, providing runners with packets and ensuring that they have complete registration information.
Parking – Volunteers are needed to help direct vehicles to available parking spaces. Parking for runners will be at Central High School, Archer Complex, and Holliday Park.
Finish Line Volunteers (4 Total) – Two volunteers are needed to assist RunLimited, the professional timing company, at the finish line. Volunteers will start at 5:45 am and end when the last runner crosses the finish line.
