Curt Gowdy's trails are great for mountain biking, and only a few minutes west of Cheyenne! Read about it in Wyoming Tourism's blog.

24 miles west of Cheyenne, 55 reservable RV sites/15 with water hookups, no electricity.  These sites can be reserved up to 90 days before your stay.  The remaining sites are FIRST-COME - FIRST SERVED. After September 15, all sites are first-come, first-served..

Three covered group areas with table & grill, two handicapped areas, fishing, camping, picnicking, boating and hiking, biking & equestrian trails.  Pets on leash only.

Curt Gowdy is a great place for trails ... biking, hiking and horseback riding. To get to the trailhead, take Happy Jack (Highway 210) to Granite Springs Road south to the the first road after Happy Jack. This road heads west (a restroom is located at that intersection) and the Aspen Grove Trailhead is just a few yards from the intersection. Click here for a full PDF of the trail system.
