Santa’s Grand Debut

Gather the family and line the downtown streets for Santa’s grand debut at the Cheyenne Christmas Parade! The Clauses arrive in true western style, officially kicking off the holiday season in downtown Cheyenne.

Thursday, December 4

The Old West Holiday Passport & Map go live this day—download yours to follow Santa’s trail, visit Santa Stops, and enter the Santa Stop Sweepstakes for a chance to win festive prizes!

Make your way downtown for three weekends of merry moments and hands-on holiday fun!

• Photos with Santa & Mrs. Claus at the Whipple House (300 E. 17th Street) — 10 AM–4 PM

• Meet Santa’s Horses at Kringle Ranch (15th St. & Pioneer Ave.) — 10 AM–3 PM

• Letter Writing with Santa’s Elves At Chronicles Post & Station (15th St. & Thomes Ave.) — 10 AM–4 PM 

• Pony Express Pick-Up At Chronicles Post & Station (15th St. & Thomes Ave.) — Noon & 2 PM 

Running of the Santas (21+)

Saturday, December 6
Round up your friends for Cheyenne’s jolliest dash! Dress up in your Santa best and take part in this merry fun run and bar crawl through downtown.

• Registration begins at 3 PM at Railspur (707 W Lincolnway)

• Race starts at 4 PM

Santa Send-Off at the Airport

Sunday, December 21 • 9:30 AM
Gather one last time to wish Santa a safe flight home! Enjoy pancakes, treats, cocoa, and some aeronautic fun as Santa prepares for his journey back to the North Pole.
Santa departs at 11 AM sharp!
