Red Lion Hotel and Conference Center: 18,000 square feet of meeting space with on- and off-site catering and a full A/V department, making it the ideal place for business meetings and conventions for up to 800 guests.
LCCC Convention & Institutes Center and Clay Pathfinder Building: The Center for Conferences and Institutes offers an educational atmosphere with state-of-the-art audio/video equipment available for rent. It is the perfect setting for a meeting or event for 10 to 300. Catering is also available.
Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Cheyenne Event Facilities: The 877-square-foot space is perfect for corporate meetings or social events. The hotel features three meeting rooms that comfortably seat 80 people and include free Internet access.
Best Western: Located between two major interstates and close to Cheyenne attractions, the hotel offers 392 sq. ft. of meeting space, free high-speed Internet in every room and a fitness center.
Non-Hotel Options
The Cheyenne Depot: The beautiful, 5291-square-foot lobby is available to rent for private or public events. Weddings, reunions, fundraisers, corporate parties and seminars are all welcome.
Event Center at Archer: The venue features a finished concrete event floor of 49,000 sq. ft. with an additional 15,000 sq.ft. pre-function area perfectly suited for vendor booths or registration tables. There are three separate meeting rooms, of which two can be combined into a larger space. Adjacent to these spaces are set of restrooms dedicated to the meeting rooms.
Cheyenne Botanic Gardens: The Cheyenne Botanic Gardens expansive new Grand Conservatory is the perfect place to host special events. A state of the art facility and dedicated staff will elevate any wedding, conference, shower, cocktail party, or special occasion. Audio/visual capabilities provide a seamless production, stunning linens provide additional elegance to our atmosphere, and accent pieces add the perfect finishing touch to the variety of environments available.
Cheyenne Frontier Days Event Center: The Cheyenne Frontier Days Arena is the home of the world’s largest outdoor rodeo every July. The Arena is available for special events August through June and consists of six grandstands with a total seating capacity of 19,000. The air conditioned Exhibition Hall boasts 30,000 square feet of exhibit space. The Hall is available the months of June, August, and September. It can comfortably accommodate 123 booths which are 10’ wide by 9’deep. The Hall also includes an all purpose room, a kitchen, and rest rooms. The Event Center opened in 2019 and features 11,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space including a three breakout rooms, a rooftop bar and catering facilities.
