After the Meeting
Keeping your attendees engaged after your meeting can be as important to them as keeping their attention during it. Visit Cheyenne can help you plan off-site tours, receptions, or other activities to ensure a truly authentic Western Experience. Below are some ideas to get you started in your planning, or click the button and someone from our team will reach out to you to help!
Downtown Dine Around
Downtown Cheyenne offers several locally owned and operated restaurants for you to choose from. Many take reservations, and we recommend calling them and reserving a spot for you and your friends.
The dine around can be combined with chartered trolley transportation from your headquarters hotel to the historic Cheyenne Depot in the heart of downtown.
Visit Cheyenne's conference services team will work with you to customize your options providing the best experience for your attendees.
Hops on the Trolley
Downtown Cheyenne features four craft breweries, a distillery and other bars with strong selections of craft beers.
The Cheyenne Street Railway trolley will pick up your attendees at the hotel, and then make stops at Blue Raven Brewery, Accomplice Beer Company, Black Tooth Brewing and Freedom's Edge Brewing. Additional stops may be added at Sanford's Grub and Pub and Wyoming's Rib and Chop House.
Cost per trolley (24 max capacity): $150 for one hour and one stop $225 for two hours and three stops, $300 for three hours and four/five stops. Cost of beverages at each stop is additional.
