Cheyenne Frontier Days VIP Giveaway – Official Rules

1. Eligibility:

   • Open to legal residents of the U.S. who are 21 years or older at the time of entry.
   • Employees of Visit Cheyenne, Cheyenne Frontier Days, and affiliated partners, along with their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter:

   • Scan the QR code and complete the official entry form at https://www.cheyenne.org/win-cfd-vip/
   • Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
   • No purchase necessary to enter or win.

3. Entry Period:

   • The contest begins on May 16, 2026 and ends on April 30, 2027 at 11:59 PM (MT).
   • Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

4. Prize Package:

   • Two VIP Passes to the Sunday July 25th, 2027 Concert at Cheyenne Frontier Days.
   • Two VIP Passes to the Monday July 26th Rodeo at Cheyenne Frontier Days.
   • Two tickets to the Monday July 26th X-Treme Bulls at Cheyenne Frontier Days
   • Two-night hotel stay at a select Cheyenne hotel.
   • $1,000 Visa Gift Card to help cover transportation, meals, and shopping.
   • Total prize value: $2500.00] (Non-transferable, no cash alternative).

5. Winner Selection & Notification:

   • One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
   • The winner will be notified via email or phone on May 1, 2027 and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize.
   • If the winner does not respond within the time frame, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Travel & Accommodations:

   • Winner is responsible for booking their own travel arrangements using the Visa gift card provided.
   • Prize does not include additional expenses such as transportation, incidentals, or personal purchases.

7. Publicity Release:

   • By entering, the winner agrees to allow Visit Cheyenne to use their name, photo, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

8. General Conditions:

   • Visit Cheyenne reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the contest.
   • By entering, participants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of Visit Cheyenne, which are final and binding.

   • Personal information collected will only be used for contest administration and will not be shared or sold.
